We judge ourselves by what we think we can achieve, others judge us by what we have achieved so far
This is a great quote. May I use it at my next performance evaluation?
I appreciate that God is more forgiving compared to people when it comes to performance evaluations. He understands the gifts and situations better cf. us who only look at ability and achievement.
